Fix "blb", 616 error on your control panel.  It is a reminder to change the bulb. This bulb needs to be changed every 12 months.  

How to replace CLEARRAY® Bulb
CLEARRAY® BULB REPLACEMENT AND QUARTZ TUBE MAINTENANCE
1. Turn the breaker to the spa OFF. We recommend that you drain your spa. Disconnect the CLEARRAY® System from the controller, Figure 
2. Once the UV lamp has cooled off remove the CLEARRAY® System enclosure cover and gasket by removing the four screws.

DANGER: NEVER REMOVE COVER WITHOUT FIRST TURNING OFF AT POWER SOURCE.

How to Deactivate Clearray Reminder

1. Make sure the spa is in ‘Standard’ Mode.
2. Press the (CYCLE) button three times; The screen will display “U.” Now the system is ready to accept your changes.
3. Press the select button and it will show “ON”.
4. Press the up or down temperature button until it show “OFF”.
5. Press the cycle button and to exit that menu and show CIRC.
6. Press the Display button to show the temperature.
