Spa parts may be shipped from a different warehouse than chemicals / supplies
Large, bulky items are often shipped separately from other items.
Parts of your order may be shipped by different carriers FedEx, UPS, postal, or freight.
You will receive chemicals / supplies prior to a custom-made hot tub spa cover arrives.
You will normally receive the chemical starter kit before your hot tub arrives from the factory.
Hot Tub Spa Covers
Hot tub spa covers are custom made.  Please allow approximately 3 weeks for production time (not counting Saturday, Sunday or national holidays, plus shipping time).
Because hot tub spa covers are large and bulky, they are shipped via freight company.   Please allow up to 10 business days for transit time (not counting Saturday, Sunday or national holidays).
Note: Curbside delivery is standard for residential address.  The trucking company will contact you to make delivery arrangements. The freight company requires a delivery signature.  Therefore, someone should be at the delivery address to sign for the package and check for damage when it arrives. If you give the trucking company permission to leave the delivery without your inspection, you will assume all liability for any damage or loss. Delivery address can NOT be changed upon possession by the freight company.
Hot Tubs
Hot tubs are custom built-to-order in your choice of colors and shipped to you factory direct. Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for production time prior to shipment from the east coast.
Since hot tubs are shipped via freight truck.  Please allow an additional 7 - 15 business days for transit time (not counting Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays).
Note: Normally the freight company will contact you by phone in advance of the delivery, to let you know the expected arrival window. You will need to be on hand for the delivery and to check for damage. You may need to arrange for help in unloading the spa and moving the unit to where it will be set up in your yard or home.  In many cases this can be done by one person, since these spas are lightweight and easy to move.

Visit FedEx Delivery Manager to sign up and get complete control over your delivery. Once you have signed up, you can use the Delivery Manager system to manage all your future FedEx shipments.
Responsible Packaging recycles boxes from our vendor to package your order. We keep the good boxes and we ship your order using the same boxes that our vendors used. This way it helps to keep costs down and it is good for the environment.

Easy Return Policy
Most items are returnable for a full refund of the item price.  We will arrange for the item to be picked up at our cost if any item is defective or damaged in shipping.

On non-defective merchandise, customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance. Handling charges and special shipping charges, if any, are not refundable for non-defective merchandise return. All sales on clearance items are final. 
To return an item, please email us at for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). You can also call us at 858-210-8062 (Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm Pacific Time).
Include your order number, name, the item number for the item you are returning. We will then contact you with a RMA Number and shipping instructions for your return. PLEASE DON’T SEND A PACKAGE BACK WITHOUT AN RMA.  Returns without RMA numbers cannot be accepted. 
You are responsible for safe return shipping, so please make sure that your return is adequately packed and insured.
To receive full credit, items must be shipped within 10 days from the day the RMA Number and shipping information were provided.

Return Conditions:
1)      All returns require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
2)      We must receive your return within 30 days of purchase.
3)      Merchandise must be in original, salable condition without cosmetic or other damage.
4)      All spa repair parts, spa steps and spa cover lifter returns are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee to help cover shipping, packaging & restocking costs, which we will deduct from any credit refunded.  Handling and shipping charges are not refundable.
5)      Return shipping is reimbursed for damaged or defective products only, and only with an RMA.
6)      The following are Non-Returnable items due to the nature of the products. These items can NOT be returned for refunded: Portable spa/hot tub units, Spa covers, filter cartridges that is used or has been wet, spa equipment packs, heaters and any electrical items (such as circuit boards, spa control panels, contactors, switches, sensors, speakers, transformers, pumps and motors). Manufacturer's warranty still applies and can be returned for warranty only. Maximum manufacturer's warranty on electronics is 3 months.
If an order is cancelled once the item has shipped, our standard return policy applies. You will need to accept delivery of the item, obtain an RMA Number and ship the item back. If delivery of an item is refused, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the issued credit. Second-Day and Next-Day shipping costs will not be credited if delivery of the item is refused.  Once the item is received by us, please allow up to 15 business days to show on your card account.  We will issue a refund to the payment method used for the purchase.
Complete hold- If the total order is less than $298, the order will be held until all items are available to ship as one unit. If you would like us to ship the items that we have in stock at the tim of your order, you may be responsible for the cost of the second shipping charge.
Partial hold- For orders with a total of $299.00 or more, the order will ship as the items become available, with a maximum of two shipments, and the second shipment being FEDEX Ground or USPS Priority Mail, at our discretion. You will NOT be charged any additional fees if we choose to ship your items in partial shipments.

What do I do if my order arrives broken or damaged?
If possible, refuse delivery of the broken or damaged items. Custom items are non-returnable. Items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the condition, indicate "damaged" on the packing slip and refuse delivery.

Our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to deliver orders quickly and efficiently. Customer orders are sent to our warehouse frequently throughout the day for speedy fulfillment and shipping. Therefore, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been processed.
