Error Message Light Color Meaning & Recommended Action
OH (Overheat) Red Overheat Protection: Water temperature is above limits. DO NOT ENTER THE WATER. Remove the cover to cool. If the condition persists, contact service.
COOL / ICE White Freeze Protection: Automatically activated if water is more than -7°C cooler than the setpoint. No action needed.
FLO / FLO2 Red Flow Error: A flow issue has been detected. Check filters and water levels immediately.
SN1 / SN3 Red Sensor Fault: An open or shorted sensor detected. Contact a qualified technician.
