This is a factory original neck headrest / pillow Artesian South Seas.
This is the pillow commonly used in the lounger seat.
The backside of the headrest has a 2 mounting posts / pins about 7-5/8" apart.  They pop into the receptacles on the spa shell.
The pillow is 5-3/4“ tall x 12-1/4″ at the widest points.  This headrest fits model years 2012-2018.
