This is a factory original neck headrest / pillow Artesian Tropic Seas and Tidal Fit Swim Spas.
This is the pillow commonly used in the lounger seat.
The backside of the headrest has a 2 mounting posts / pins about 7-1/4" apart at center. They pop into the receptacles on the spa shell.
The pillow is 5-3/4“ tall x 12-1/4″ at the widest points.
