Why Our Covers Are Better Inside

The part of a cover that matters most is the one you never see: the underside. It faces rising heat and spa chemicals around the clock, so that is where we build ours strongest.

• Vapor-sealed foam core. Every foam core is wrapped in 6-mil plastic that is heat-sealed around the foam. This moisture barrier keeps the cover from soaking up water and getting heavy over time.
• Chemical-resistant underside. Many covers use an inexpensive mesh bottom that breaks down quickly. Ours use 11 oz PVC-coated polyester, tested to stand up to high heat and chemical vapor without deteriorating.
• Built for energy efficiency. CAD-precise sizing and premium insulation let the cover seal in heat like a thermal lid, helping lower the cost of keeping your swim spa warm.
